THE CAMP

A true backcountry expedition into one of the wildest corners of the Caucasus. We hike about 2–3 hours into untouched terrain, far beyond the lift-access zones of Gudauri and Kazbegi, camp on a mountain plateau at 2,200 m, ski untouched slopes and rest in a fully equipped alpine basecamp.

Dates. The camp runs in March. Rather than fixing dates months ahead, we go out when a stable weather window opens: no precipitation and good visibility. I check the forecast every week and let the group know as soon as a window is confirmed.

It is a raw but comfortable adventure. All technical camp equipment is provided, so you do not need to bring expedition gear.

The group is small: at least 3 and no more than 7 participants.

WHAT IS 3F?

“3F” refers to the primal triad of Fear, Fight, Flight, the core of adrenaline-driven experience. In this camp we work with them consciously and turn them into tools for growth:

  • Fear → Freedom
  • Fight → Freemind
  • Flight → Freeride

Optional meditation sessions are part of the rhythm of the camp.
